36.11. Enable Two Factor Authentication

Worldox Requirements

Worldox GX4 WDU14 (Rev. 130304.1426) and higher

Process

1. Open WDAdmin on the Worldox Indexer Machine
2. Open Group Security
3. 
4. Select the "Features" radial button and Scroll down to "Password"
5. 
6. To enable for All users click the check box and then the green plus icon
7. 
8. You will receive a prompt asking to confirm if you want to enable the feature for all users, click Yes

You have now Enabled Two Factor Authentication. Users will now need to add their Authentication cell numbers. Follow this guide for steps on how to set that up:
