If your user shows inactive in the "Filed By" field in Worldox, or is not available for you to choose from when adding the user to security groups, you may need to repair or reindex your user list.
Here's how:
In the Worldox Admin program, choose "Users"
Once in the users list, select Options-> Repair
or in older versions of Worldox:
Once in the users list, select Options -> Reindex
