Background

When using Worldox Cloud, you may have opted to "Remember Credentials" which would then allow you to automatically log into Worldox.  This may have been desired at the time, but you would like to no longer have Worldox launch as that user.

Resolution

When you select the "Remember credentials" check box, Windows stores those per user in the "Credentials Manager".  To remove memorized credentials:

• Navigate to Control Panel -> Credential Manager
• Select the drop down next to the credential you wish to remove (it will look something like this)
  
• Select "Remove from vault"
  
• This will remove the memorized credential and allow you to manually type in the appropriate password when launching Worldox Cloud
