Symptom

Worldox Cloud will not remember your credentials, even though you have checked the "Remember my credentials" check box on the login screen:

 

Resolution

On the run windows or on the Start menus text box type 'gpedit.msc' (without the quotes) and hit enter:

 

Navigate to 

/Local Computer Policy

     /Computer Configuration

          /Administrative Templates

               /System

                    /Credentials Delegation:

 

Make the following changes to BOTH

- "Allow Delegating Default Credentials with NTLM-only Server Authentication" AND

- "Allow Delegating Saved Credentials with NTLM-only Server Authentication":

 

Click 'Enabled' and then click the 'Show...' button to make an entry in the server list:

 

 

Add "TERMSRV/*" to the server list and click 'OK':

 

Ensure that this has been done for BOTH

- "Allow Delegating Default Credentials with NTLM-only Server Authentication" AND

- "Allow Delegating Saved Credentials with NTLM-only Server Authentication".
