Problem

You receive the following error when installing Worldox Cloud:

Background

In order to connect to the host you must have Network Level Authentication enabled.

To check to determine if Network Level Authentication is disabled on your workstation:

Navigate to Start -> Run and type in mstsc /console

Left click on the Computer icon in the upper left hand corner and choose "About"

 

Fix

In order to resolve this issue you should add an entry to your registry. To do so:

Go to Start -> Run and type "regedit"

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders

Double click on the "Security Providers" entry

In the Edit String window add credssp.dll and click OK

You will now need to reboot your workstation
