The Symptom:

From Word or Excel, you select the "Save" or disk icon

(Ctrl+S or File-> Save) the Worldox - Save As dialog comes up for you to choose whether to Replace the file, Save as Version, etc

rather than Worldox just 'Saving' or doing a 'Replace File' Operation.

The Fix

If this is happening for all users:

Launch the Admin program.
Go to "Edit -> Preferences"
In the "Category" field, select "Save As Options"

The "SaveAs On Save" selection "Value" should be blank to rely on the default setting of "No"
Double click on the "SaveAs on Save" button and select the "Rely on Default Setting" radio button

Select "OK"
Close WDAdmin.exe
Close Worldox, Word, & Excel.
Open Worldox

If this is happening for a single user:

From the main Worldox screen go to Edit -> Preferences
In the "Category" field, select "Save As Options"

The "SaveAs On Save" selection "Value" should be blank to rely on the default setting of "No"
Double click on the "SaveAs on Save" button and select the "Rely on Default Setting" radio button

Select "OK"
Close Worldox, Word, & Excel.
Open Worldox
