10.26. ShareFile Emailer tool says "Invalid Expiration Date"

This error can happen if you are setting a retention period longer than the maximum configured for your ShareFile account.  The default is 180 days, so any retention period longer than 6 months can cause this problem.

To adjust this 180 day limit in ShareFile, go to:

Settings (gear icon on the left)->File Settings.  Then adjust the "Maximum access expiration period"
