2.7. Error when opening a PDF in a web browser
Symptoms
When the user attempts to open a PDF from the web, they receive the following error message:

Worldox integration for ACRORD32.EXE is not defined in .\WORDLDOX\WDACRO.INI
Worldox integration for Acrobat will not be enabled
Â
Background
The issue has to do with the WEBROOT antivirus blocking the API file by default.
Â
Resolution
If client is using the WEBROOT AV suite, this can be fixed by allowing WDACRO.API under the Application Protection tab:
