You or someone else in your firm may have opted to "Ignore" an email address by accidentally selecting this button:
rather than a copy or move message button.
Note:Â The "Ignore" button at the bottom of the dialog ignores only that one message, while the radio button add the user to the ignore list.

You should be able to resolve this relatively easily by removing the email address from your ignore list. Here's how:
That will delete the ignore rule and subsequent emails sent to that email address will now pop Worldox.
