16.4. Enable Read Only Processing in Worldox
To OCR files that are marked as Read-Only:
- Open the Symphony OCR homepage
- Select "Worldox" from the left sidebar
- Under Advanced Settings, check "Process read-only files"
- Select "Save Changes"
