Background

Prior to GX3, Worldox allowed users to allow the "NOT" operator to exclude certain file types or document IDs from the search criteria.

Worldox GX3 & GX4 has performance enhancements that create a situation where this no longer works.

Resolution

If you were explicitly excluding a type of file, (like *.DOCX) you can perform your search using all the various document types, like *.pdf *.xlsx *.xls *.doc

Alternatively, you can perform the search without specifying a particular doc type, and use Filtering to filter your search results.
