When the user launches Worldox, they are prompted for their Worldox user code:
The Worldox user code is linked to the user's Windows login. If the user logs in to Windows using credentials that are not tied to the Worldox user code, they will get prompted for the Worldox User Code when they launch Worldox.
Normally, the Worldox User Code is the same as the user's Windows login. If the Windows user name is longer than 8 characters, or there is some other reason that it is not possible to make the Worldox user code equal to the Windows user name, you can assign the Windows username to a given Worldox user code as follows:

If the above does not work, we have seen some cases where user table index corruption can result in this same issue. Try going to wdadmin, users->add/edit, Options->Re-Index then see if the problem is resolved.
