When attempting to search or save documents, the user attempts to select a cabinet and sees the following:
Note: There are red X's on the icon next to each of the cabinets.
Worldox must be able to access the network drives where the documents are located. If the user experiences this issue, it is typically because they cannot navigate to the network drive where the documents are stored (on your file server).Â
Check to ensure that you have access to the document repository where the documents are stored. If that drive is mapped (you should see it in Windows by navigating to your "Computer" area try navigating into the drive. Typically you will receive an error indicating that the network drive is offline. Check to ensure that your server is running, etc.
