Problem:

Files I recently saved or accessed are showing in the Worldox interface when I didn't save them there.

Background:

Worldox displays your Most Recently Used Files as Worklist Files (or Favorites) when first launching the application.

This list includes BOTH files that are stored in your Document Repository *and* those that are filed outside your Worldox Document Repository.

Note:  You can determine if a file is stored outside the document repository by highlighting the document and checking the bottom left hand corner of the Worldox Search Results screen.

If the teal font says No Profile the document is stored outside the Worldox Document Repository.

Important:  If you delete the files with <No Profile> from your Worldox lists,  they will not be placed in the Worldox Salvage bin, or in your Windows Recycling Bin but will be deleted from your network entirely.

Solution:

We recommend not displaying your Worklist Files or Favorites when launching Worldox.
