9.10. How to Uninstall or Remove Assemblage

Background

Most clients will have installed Assemblage to a network location, and then a shortcut to the executable will be saved on some user workstations. This article is for if you have cancelled your Assemblage subscription and would like to "clean up" by removing the traces of the software.

How to Remove Assemblage

• For individual users simply delete the Assemblage shortcut from their desktop. 
• To remove the Assemblage application and all settings and configurations then locate and delete the Assemblage folder from your network location (usually it is nested under a folder called "Trumpet).
  • There is no "uninstallation" package. Deleting the folder is all that is needed. 

CAUTION: 

If you delete your Assemblage network folder you WILL LOSE your custom configuration files that Trumpet built for your specific use. If you need to reinstate your Assemblage subscription then fees would be associated with recreating lost/removed configuration files.
