Symptoms

A user saves documents to Worldox.  The user can then search for and work with those documents, but no other users can locate the documents.

The Doc ID of the documents may start with the user's initials instead of being 'normal' Doc IDs

Background

If a user launches Worldox while disconnected from the firm's network, Worldox will launch in 'off-line' mode.  The user will be shown a large dialog box indicating that the off-line launch is going to happen:

While in off-line mode, the system tray icon for Worldox (next to the clock) will have a red X on it:

Once in off-line mode, any new documents the user saves to Worldox will be cached in off-line storage as checked-out documents. 

Resolution

Once the user connects to the network and re-launches Worldox, they can check their changes back into the network.
