40.12. Determine how many Users are logged into Worldox
If you are getting a notification that the maximum number of Worldox users are logged in, and this doesn't sound right to you, chances are you have a user that was left logged in on the Indexer workstation, conference room or other "non-user" workstation. Check around the office to ensure that Worldox is shut down on all worsktations that do not need to consume a license.
If you're not able to track down the extra user, use WDInfo to see which users are logged in (for information on WDInfo, visit, WD Health and Monitoring System to run the WDInfo tool, and Understanding the WDInfo Information Presented for information on reading the tool)
