12.3. No Files Qualified error when dropping to Workzone
Symptom:
When you drag and drop a file that is in a Compressed Zip Folder (or a Winzip file) you get the following error
Resolution:
1)Â File the entire Compressed Zip Folder if all the files should be filed to the same location in Worldox
2)Â Extract the file to another location (e.g. your Desktop), and then drag and drop into the Workzone
