Symptoms

Every time the user launches Worldox, the receive an error dialog that reads:

"You can Safely Ignore This Message"

or

"There is a minor bug in Worldox that causes this dialog to appear if you aren't an Outlook user. Please click OK to finish launching Worldox." 

Background

This issue only occurs on workstations where Outlook is installed but is not set as the default Mail Client (e.g. GoldMine users).

This is a known minor bug, and will not impact the functionality of Worldox in any way.  We agree that it's annoying, but there's really nothing we can do about it until it floats to the top of the World Software development priority queue.

Resolution

Simply click "OK" on the message and Worldox will launch.
