Steps to recreate

User selects a document in NetDocuments, right clicks, Send To Application, Trumpet SignatureBridge

At this point, the NetDocuments Send To Application dialog closes, but SignatureBridge does not display

Cause

The Chrome browser sometimes blocks pop-ups from nested dialogs

Solution

To resolve this issue, add a Pop-up blocking exception to Chrome for the NetDocuments site.  Here's how:

1. In Chrome, click the menu, then Settings
2. At the bottom, click Advanced. Then under "Privacy and security," click Content settings. 
3. Scroll down to "Pop-ups"
4. Under the Pop-ups heading, click Manage Exceptions
5. Under the Allow section use Add to add exceptions using the URL you use for Netdocuments, such as:
   • US Vault:   https://vault.netvoyage.com
   • EU Vault: https://eu.netdocuments.com
   • Australian Vault: https://au.netdocuments.com
     • Note: If you have extra customization (ie. Action Step) then be sure to copy the URL that you specifically use when inside Netdocs and create an exception for that as well.
       
6. Click Done

Now repeat the Send To operation, and it should work.
