3.1. System Requirements

SignatureBridge Requirements (for company setup)

  1. End users have access to a modern Web browser with JavaScript enabled:
    • Firefox
    • Chrome
    • Internet Explorer 11 or above
    • Edge
    • Safari
  2. Active company-wide DocuSign account
    • This refers to company-wide DocuSign account configured in which your end-users are members of and not individual/personal DocuSign accounts per user(s).
  3. Active NetDocuments account


SignatureBridge Requirements (for End-Users)

  1. Modern Web browser with JavaScript enabled:
    • Firefox
    • Chrome
    • Internet Explorer 11 or above
    • Edge
    • Safari
  2. Active DocuSign account (linked to parent/company-wide account)
  3. Active NetDocuments account

 

SignatureBridge Server Requirements (for on-premise installations)

If your company is going to host their own server for SignatureBridge, the following minimum requirements apply:

  • Windows Server 2008 or above (SignatureBridge will also run on Linux servers, please email support@trumpetinc.com for more information)
  • 1 GB free disk space
  • 4 GB RAM
  • Fully patched Java 8 or above runtime installed
  • Dedicated host name registered with DNS
  • SSL certificate

In addition, your system administrator must be familiar with networking configuration, DNS and SSL
