Symptoms

When attempting to open Excel the user receives the following dialog:

Cause

This is the result of installing the 64 bit version of Microsoft Office.  Worldox integration with Microsoft Office requires the 32 bit version to be installed.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, you must uninstall the 64 bit version of Microsoft Office and re-install the 32 bit version.
