40.22. Who is responsible for assisting us with support requests?

For the most part, Trumpet will assist you with troubleshooting, training and configuring the software that you've purchased from us (e.g. Worldox, Virtuoso, Symphony Suite). 

This may mean pointing you to a knowledge book article that describes your problem in detail or it may involve us logging in with you to resolve your issues. 

In some instances, we may need assistance from your system administrator in troubleshooting network related items and we will be happy to partner with them to help resolve your problems particularly when they involve items that may be network related (e.g. routine server disconnects, hardware issues, etc).  Your system administrator remains responsible for maintaining the overall health of your network and workstations including your Indexer workstation.
